Privacy policy

The information on this site is general. A financing decision is made only after a personal review of your figures.

  1. 1. Who is responsible

    This site is run by Lidor Levin (Levin Mortgage & Finance). Privacy questions: +972 54-251-1068, levinlidor@gmail.com.

  2. 2. What is collected

    Only what you type into the form: name, phone, topic, an optional message, your consent and, if you gave it, your consent to updates. The mortgage-mix calculator runs in your browser only; its values are not sent with the quick form.

  3. 3. The request builder

    In the request builder I collect the basics a first call needs: the type of deal, the stage, rough amounts, the number of borrowers, the kind of work, your name, phone and contact preferences. Further financial details, such as income, commitments, arrears or credit issues, refusal details, loan and track details or the yearly income of the self-employed, are optional and you choose whether to share them. They are sensitive information, given only by your choice and with your consent. I don't ask for ID numbers, account numbers or documents. Draft answers are kept in this tab's session storage. A successful submission clears the builder draft; quick-enquiry contact details may stay in this tab so you can continue the request. Your details go to Lidor's enquiry management system (WiseCard) and by email (through Resend, with FormSubmit as a backup) (outside Israel; it may keep the enquiry for up to 30 days), and optionally as a short summary on WhatsApp (Meta). If you share nothing optional, you are served just as well. To see, correct or delete your details: by phone or email.

  4. 4. Why

    To reply to your enquiry and for nothing else. Occasional updates are sent only if you tick the separate box for them, which is never ticked in advance; you can stop them at any time with a short message.

  5. 5. Who it goes to

    WiseCard, Lidor's enquiry management system, for handling your request; Resend, an email service based outside Israel, which sends your request to Lidor and a confirmation to you if you gave an address; FormSubmit, a backup form-to-email service based outside Israel, which under its own policy may keep an enquiry for up to 30 days; WhatsApp (Meta), only if you send the message yourself; the host, Vercel, logs technical data (IP address, browser type) to run and secure the site. Your data is not sold or passed to anyone else.

  6. 6. Measurement

    If the site uses measurement or advertising tools (such as Google Tag Manager or Meta Pixel), they load only after you accept them in the cookie notice, and they never receive what you type into the forms. If you decline, none of them loads. Your choice and "Pause motion" are kept in your browser only; you can change your choice with the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of the page.

  7. 7. How long

    Lidor keeps an enquiry for up to 12 months, then deletes it. FormSubmit may keep a copy for up to 30 days under its own policy.

  8. 8. Your rights

    Under the Protection of Privacy Law, 1981, you may ask to see, correct or delete the data held about you. Lidor Levin handles privacy requests himself: levinlidor@gmail.com, 054-251-1068.

  9. 9. Security and changes

    The site is served over HTTPS only. Any change to this policy is published on this page with the date of the update.
